At Picario Studios, we take pride in creating custom products made especially for you. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, including but not limited to:

• Film strip keychains

• Custom photo keychains

• Personalized photo gifts

• Custom prints

• Personalized merchandise

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective

• Incorrect due to an error on our end

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Customer Submission Errors

Picario Studios is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution images submitted by customers

• Cropped, blurry, dark, or poor-quality photos provided during ordering

• Spelling errors approved by the customer

• Incorrect information entered during checkout

Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

• Weather conditions

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Order Changes

Order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items
