At Picario Studios, we want you to love your tote bag. Please review our policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on non-customized tote bags within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In its original condition

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• Returned with original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Tote Bags

Any tote bag that includes:

• Personalized names

• Custom photos

• Custom text

• Special requests

is considered custom-made and is non-refundable and non-returnable.

All custom orders are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your tote bag arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

Upon review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Picario Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
