Studio Policies & Client Agreement

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early with their first outfit on to maximize shooting time. Studio access begins 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session. Time spent changing, dressing, or touching up is included in the session duration.

 

Guest Policy

One (1) guest is permitted if not being photographed. Children are not allowed unless they are the subject of the session. Additional guests require advance approval and are considered case by case.

Food & Drinks

No food or drinks are permitted on set.

 

Editing Services

Basic Editing: $25 per photo (skin smoothing, blemish removal, background retouching).

Creative Retouching: $30 per photo (basic edits + creative effects and body modification).

Garment correction is not included in basic editing.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. Accepted payments: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App.

 

Creative Direction

Picario Photography Studio creates original compositions only. Reference images from other photographers are not accepted. Clients should arrive with a concept and open mindset.

Turnaround Time

Proofs are delivered within 48 hours (watermarked). A $75 gallery upgrade removes watermarks. Final edited images are delivered within 14 business days after selections and payment. Additional photo purchases restart processing time.

Rush Services (Optional)

Single photo 48-hour rush: $100.

Gallery rush: $75 5 days $150 48 Hours Rush fees must be paid within 32 hours of proof delivery.

No Show

Follow up text and call will be made prior to the booked scheduled time. If client doesn't not arrive without

any communication to photographer. The card on file will be charged the remaining balance.

 

Late Policy

Arrivals over 15 minutes late incur a $50 fee and reduced session time. Extensions are $50 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

1st reschedule: $50 (24-hour notice required).

2nd reschedule: Full payment required.

3rd+ reschedule: Full payment + $150 fee.

 

VIP Members receive one complimentary reschedule within 30 days.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds for no-shows. If the studio cannot shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a deposit refund if applicable. All digital and physical  sales are final.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of Picario Photography Studio LLC. Clients may print images but may not edit, alter, remove watermarks, or submit images to contests without consent. The studio is not responsible for print quality outside its lab.

 

By booking, clients agree to all policies above.
