A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer and required booking agreement have been completed.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival, before your session begins. Additional services, upgrades, or purchases must be paid for before delivery.

We understand that plans may change! Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, subject to studio availability and advance notice.

A second rescheduling request is subject to a $50 fee. Illness-related rescheduling requests must be arranged within two weeks of the original appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer. Retainers are not transferable to another client.

Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session. Arriving late does not extend your reserved photography time.

A $50 late fee may apply. Significant delays may result in a shortened or forfeited session.

We recommend arriving with hair, makeup, and outfits ready unless preparation time has been included in your booking.

To maintain a comfortable and organized creative environment, only individuals being photographed may attend the session, with the exception of one accompanying guest.

Children must be included in the scheduled session to attend. All minors must remain supervised by their parent or guardian throughout their visit.

Additional guests must receive prior approval.

Each session includes the photography time, outfit changes, participants, and final images outlined in the selected package.

Additional participants are $20 per person unless otherwise specified.

Custom set designs, specialty props, additional locations, and creative requests may require an additional fee.

All requested upgrades must be approved and paid for before the applicable service or product is delivered.

Seasonal mini sessions are offered on designated dates with predetermined backdrops and set designs.

Minis are limited to the scheduled session duration, included participants, and number of edited images stated in the package.

Custom set modifications and additional props are not included. Clients are welcome to bring their own appropriate props with prior approval.

Clients requiring more time, multiple groupings, or extensive creative direction are encouraged to book a full or custom session.

A private proofing gallery is typically delivered within 48 hours following your session.

Clients are responsible for selecting their favorite images according to their purchased package.

Additional image selections are available for purchase. Final editing begins after selections have been submitted and applicable payments are complete.

Final edited photographs are delivered within 14 business days after image selections and required payments have been received.

Standard editing includes professional color correction and retouching consistent with Picario Studios' artistic style.

Advanced retouching, extensive alterations, and creative composites may require an additional fee.

Turnaround times for weddings, events, and custom projects may differ and will be outlined in the booking agreement.

RAW files are not included in our photography packages.

Clients may purchase an unedited, unwatermarked gallery upgrade when available. These images are delivered without professional retouching and are not considered final edited photographs.

Rush editing is available upon request, subject to studio availability.

5 business days: $75

48 hours: $125

Rush turnaround begins after final image selections and full payment have been received.

Picario Studios retains copyright ownership of all photographs created by the studio.

Purchased images include personal-use rights for printing, sharing, and noncommercial display.

Commercial advertising, resale, publication, and third-party business use require appropriate licensing or written authorization.

We ask all clients and guests to treat our studio, equipment, furniture, props, and backdrops with care.

Damage resulting from negligence or improper use may be subject to repair or replacement fees.

Food, beverages, confetti, glitter, and specialty materials require prior approval.

Picario Studios reserves the right to end a session if conduct creates unsafe conditions or significantly disrupts the photography experience.
